Core Strength Development

Our focus on core strength is unwavering, as it’s pivotal in maintaining balance, executing movements, and preventing injuries in BJJ. Through exercises like planks, bridges, and rotational movements, we aim to build a strong core that supports improved posture and technique during your BJJ training.

Enhanced Grip Strength

A strong grip in BJJ is essential for controlling your opponent. Our class includes grip-specific exercises such as farmers’ walks, gi pull-ups, and grip trainers to help you maintain a stronger hold and dominate during grappling.

 

Cardiovascular Endurance Training

We prepare you for the intensity of BJJ matches with a mix of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and specific drills designed to boost your heart rate and enhance your stamina. Our goal is to ensure you can maintain peak performance from start to finish.

 

Flexibility and Mobility Improvement
