We were so excited to support Will, Jamie, Tim, Oliver, and Jordan as they competed under the Blue Mountains Martial Arts Academy banner for the first time at the NSWBJJF Summer Cup 2023.

Will started off with a win, a win by submission, and placed with a silver after a loss by submission in his final match.

Jamie’s mum was there to cheer on the team, which was awesome, and it was great seeing Kate’s parents there, supporting Tim and our team.

Jordan demonstrated perseverance and stepped up. His comp experience will only serve him in his BJJ growth.

Oliver’s progress in BJJ has been extraordinary. He had a tough competitor on what was his first comp, and we anticipate he will be a force to reckon with on his current trajectory.
