We're on the lookout for a dedicated Brown or Black Belt BJJ Instructor to lead morning and afternoon classes, as well as sessions for kids at our academy. This role is perfect for a skilled practitioner with a deep passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a commitment to teaching students of all ages. You will play an essential role in developing the abilities and discipline of our members, guiding them on their journey in BJJ.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality BJJ instruction to a range of age groups and skill levels.
- Conducting both adult and children's classes, tailored to meet the needs and abilities of our members.
- Managing the cleanliness and general maintenance of the academy, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This includes cleaning before and after classes and attending to the academy's overall upkeep.
- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and motivating training environment.

Qualifications
- Possession of a Brown or Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
- Experience in teaching BJJ across various age groups and levels of proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for inspiring and leading others.
- A valid Working with Children Check.
- Commitment to maintaining the academy's cleanliness and operational standards.
