Coach Andrew Moss

Mossy started his Jiu Jitsu training at the beginning of 2022 and is passionate about both learning and competing in this martial art. His training approach includes a strong emphasis on strength and conditioning, a practice he’s integrated into his fitness routine for over a decade.

Mossy brings to the table more than 10 years of experience in CrossFit, where he has worked as a coach, competitor, programmer, and affiliate owner. He promotes a balanced strength and conditioning routine to not only improve Jiu Jitsu skills but also prevent injuries by ensuring mobility and strength are in balance.

His expertise isn’t limited to Jiu Jitsu; Mossy has also trained and competed in Karate and MMA, developing a tailored approach to instruction that adapts to the needs of each student. Beyond martial arts and fitness, Mossy has served as a Senior Firefighter for Fire and Rescue New South Wales since 2007. His commitment to physical training and his experience in high-pressure situations make him a reliable and effective instructor.
