Elevate your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu game with our new Functional Strength class! 

This class is a group based strength and conditioning class using a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning with a focus on building a well rounded jiu jitsu athlete. With the goals of greater endurance in rolls, building applicable strength in explosive movements and isometric holds and importantly finding strength and mobility to best injury proof your body. It is scalable to any level of fitness and Jiu Jitsu skill level to compliment your further progression as a student or your goals in competition.
